What is mobile?
it is a decorative structure that is suspended so as to turn freely in the air. Used for interior decoration.
"Futura"
The first mobile designed by Ole Flensteds in 1970 has now become a "classic mobile".
Represented in two colors and two sizes.
The spheres were made using 3Ds Max's Adwanced wood shader with baking to recreate the direction of natural fibers.
After that scratches and scuffs were applied in Substance Painter.
Maps are different for big and small spheres.
"Counterpoint"
Another iconic mobile. As a musical term, “Counterpoint” is defined as “the combination of two or more independent melodies into a single harmonic texture in which each retains its linear character”.
Displacement map on the wire can be turned off for a long shot or turned on for closeups.
